Dedicated DC Earth Fault Location System
DIGITRACE DC 361P is a dedicated monitoring equipment for floating DC systems in power station. It’s an advanced sensing system which precisely identifies the faulty feeder and complex earth faults on any floating DC system in ONLINE condition. The fault resistance range is up to 400kΩs. Online Digitrace DC 361 It is capable of finding faults in a maze of feeders with noise and other mimicking fault conditions, source of which may be perplexing and misleading. It is a Dedicated system comprising of three units : A Dedicated Transmitter unit, a dedicated receiver unit and Portable Receiver unit.
DC system grounds can result when a conduction path is formed from either the positive polarity of the system to earth ground or the negative polarity to earth ground.
